Is your packaging eco-friendly?
An important objective of the Naturalmente Vivo team is to return respect and kindness to the Earth by reducing packaging waste. We use biodegradable, cardboard tubes for our balms and deodorant, minimal paper packaging for our soaps, and reusable glass jars for our creams. We are currently researching biodegradable solutions to replace glass jars and are hopeful to transition to them in 2022.
My soap looks different than my previous order — why?
Every batch of soap we make is handcrafted and hand-cut, so no two bars are alike. We like to get creative in our process and this can change the appearance of the soaps.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within Mexico, but we will begin shipping to the United States and Canada in the very near future. More countries will be added as well, subscribe to our mailing list to be notified when we begin shipping to yours!
Do you test your products on animals?
No, only humans. But our products are mostly safe for animals, since they consist of only natural, biodegradable ingredients.
The soap I ordered last time isn’t available now — will you make it again?
We make all of our soaps in small batches and many are seasonal. We try to keep our best-sellers in stock at all times, but sometimes the demand exceeds our supply and certain varieties sell out. We are a small operation and try to keep up the best we can, so check back if the soap you’re looking for isn’t currently available. Feel free to contact us, too.
